How old do I need to be to rent?
The minimum age to rent is 25 on this demo, and the person booking must stay at the house.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 guests. Beds: Primary king, Bedroom 2 king, Bedroom 3 queen, Bedroom 4 two twins.
Are pets allowed?
No — pets are not permitted (service animals excepted).
What are check-in and check-out times?
On this demo: check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.
Is the instant quote a booking?
No. Rates on this demo are example figures, and sending a request is free and non-binding — nothing is charged. This is a fictional site, so nothing is booked either.
What taxes apply?
Fort Morgan is in unincorporated Baldwin County, where lodging carries a 6% tax: 4% State of Alabama plus 2% Baldwin County lodging tax district (Gulf Shores & Orange Beach Tourism lodging-tax table). The quote applies it to the nightly total and the cleaning fee.
Can I stay for a month?
Yes — snowbird stays are welcome November through February. The quote shows an example monthly discount for stays of 28+ nights.
What is the minimum stay?
On this demo the example rules are a 7-night minimum in summer (June – August) and 3 nights the rest of the year.
Is there an elevator?
No — it’s a raised house with stairs to every level, so pack light.
What about deposits and cancellations?
A real manager would set payment, deposit and cancellation terms with your booking. This demo doesn’t invent them.
